Three things: a fifteen-minute brief, five phone photos, and a content checklist. With these in hand, the site has a floor it cannot fall below. Forward this page to whoever is helping you.
Online in five languages, answers saved as you type; or download the Word version and fill it in offline.
Five shots, fifteen minutes, any modern phone.
Rules: daylight, near a window or outdoors in shade. No flash. Wipe the lens. Shoot horizontal unless noted; don't zoom — step closer. Take three of each and send them all.
Minimum size: 2000 px on the long side (the default phone camera is fine). Send originals — Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer, not WhatsApp-compressed.
You, from the chest up, looking at the camera, plain or blurred background, slight smile. Also one vertical version.
You doing the thing you do — talking to a client, at the workbench, in the kitchen, on site. Candid, not posed.
Storefront from across the street; the inside from the doorway; one detail — a sign, a display, a tool wall.
Three to five finished jobs, products or dishes. Clean background, the subject fills the frame.
Everyone standing together, outdoors or by a window, wide shot.
Put it all in one shared folder (Google Drive / Dropbox), name the files clearly, paste the link into the brief.
Vector if you have it (SVG, AI, PDF). A PNG will do. No logo? Say so — we set your name in type or design one.
Hex codes or “like our shop sign”. Brand guidelines if they exist. Otherwise we propose.
A list with one line each, prices if you show them. Spec sheets, menus, price lists — whatever you already hand to customers.
Certifications, awards, press, partner logos, numbers (“15 years”, “2,000 jobs”). Google / Yelp / Trustpilot links.
Three reasons customers choose you over the shop next door. The five questions they always ask. Address, hours, phone, email, socials.
Domain login (or tell us to buy one). Any existing site login. Where you want email to arrive.
